If your search ends early, or your Pack expires with unused visits, you can request a refund of any remaining prepaid balance within 30 days after expiry. To compute the refund amount, used visits are recalculated at the regular single-visit price at the time of purchase.

That’s a win for both sides: If you secure your flat early, that’s fewer discounted visits for us to handle, and more funds back to you, so you get a little extra for the furniture.

Example: with Pack 7, if you find a home after 4 visits. Single visits priced CHF 54.90 at purchase date. You pay 4 × CHF 54.90 = CHF 219.60 and receive the rest back: CHF 129.70.

Ideally, as few as possible. We know some of our clients found their home after one application, while others may need 5, 10 or more, depending on their search criteria and strength of their application dossier.

In most cases, this isn’t an issue at all. Agencies make their decisions primarily based on your dossier (your income, references, overall reliability) rather than who attended the viewing. Group viewings are simply meant to show the property, so attending in person rarely influences your outcome.

How it works in practice In Switzerland, most viewings are public and handled by agency staff or building concierges whose role is to open the apartment and answer basic questions. They rarely take notes or form opinions about visitors, and it’s common for family members or a friend to attend instead. What happens during the visit rarely affects the outcome, and decisions are made later, based on the dossier.

If your application is selected, agencies are generally flexible about second visits, whether simply wish to visit the apartment again before signing, or you couldn’t attend the viewing in person.

In many cases, you can also arrange a quick visit directly with the current tenant or the concierge, before the signature. It’s completely reasonable as a future tenant to want to experience the place again before making a final decision, to feel the space, the light, and the atmosphere.

6+ hours before the viewing: Full refund Cancel for any reason and receive a 100% refund.

1-6 hours before: Partial refund Your payment is refunded, minus a CHF 20 cancellation fee.

Less than 1 hour before: Partial refund Your payment is refunded, minus a CHF 40 cancellation fee.

If the viewing is cancelled You’ll receive a full refund if the organizer cancels the viewing or the listing is no longer available. Just send us proof before the viewing starts.

Cancellation fees go directly to your visitor as compensation for the time they reserved.
