☑️ Mission deliverables
Last revised: 9 September 2026
This page sets out what you must deliver for a submission to be valid. How you get there stays up to you. A mission that ticks every box is usable — so it's approved and paid.
Every mission asks 3 things of you. The result is what counts, but the method is yours.
- Keeping your client posted before you leave, on arrival, and after the visit.
- Your complete submission, sent on time on WhatsApp, to the number given.
- Being reachable for your client's questions, for the stated period.
1. Client kept posted
Your client knows what's happening
Your client knows you accepted their mission, but your updates are their only certainty that the viewing is actually happening. Three short messages are enough. For example: after you accept, once you're there, and just after the visit.
2. Your submission
How can the application be submitted?
Come back with the answer to one question: “how does someone submit their application?” Your client needs to know what to do the moment they close your report. Where possible, send this to them first, without waiting for the rest of the report.
The photos
At least 20 photos, grouped by theme or by room, including:
- At least 2 photos of every accessible room
- At least 1 photo from each window
- At least 1 photo of the common areas (entrance hall, stairwell)
- At least 1 photo of the building entrance from outside
- At least 1 photo of the cellar, if shown and accessible
- At least 1 photo of the shared laundry room, if shown and accessible
The video
1 vertical video of the flat*, which:
- goes through every room shown
- shows the layout and the space
* or one clip (≥ 10 sec) per room shown
Answers to questions, and your impression
1. The answers to the client's questions The question, then your answer — or the reason if you couldn't get it.
2. Your factual, neutral impression (at least 2 full sentences) Positives, negatives, and your objective feel for the place.
Example
3. Staying reachable
Your mission doesn't end when you send the report.
Stay reachable to answer questions from the client or from Outvisit for the period stated in the mission (usually 24 hours).
- The client may ask you to clarify something you saw: “was there a dishwasher?”, “was the street noisy?”.
- A question that would mean going back on site? Let Outvisit know, we'll handle it with the client.
