Who we are
The housing crisis in Switzerland is very real, and it complicates the lives of thousands of tenant candidates. I created Outvisit to tackle a critical issue where finding a rental flat in Switzerland has turned into a constant obstacle course.
My name is Andrey. I’m a Swiss product manager and engineer based in the Lausanne region. I chose to start a business to make housing search simpler and more modern for tenants with an innovative solution.
Frankly, I created Outvisit primarily because I personally experienced the challenges of apartment hunting in Switzerland. Having moved often over the last ten years, each time it was the same scenario: viewings at impossible hours, complicated travel, incomplete listings.
With barely 1% of vacant housing in Switzerland, the situation is no longer sustainable. It has become urgent to provide solutions. It's in this context that Outvisit was born, in fall 2025.
